VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 2005
Vacation Bible School held from August 1 through 5, 2005 was a great success. Each evening up to 125 adults and young people made their way to the Jerusalem Marketplace. After dinner each evening the children set off for the adventure and excitement of the marketplace. Thanks to our adult leaders who brought many of the characters to life.

Everyone had fun learning not only valuable Bible lessons, but also something about the customs and practices of the Jerusalem community.

Bible Point Crafts, team-building games, lively Bible songs, and tasty treats were just a few of the SCUBA activities that helped kids dive into Bible adventures about Bible people who went deeper with their faith.

The kids learned about God's love, and enjoyed hands-on Bible adventures. They even participated in a hands-on missions project called Operation Kid-to-Kid that involved nearly a million other children across North America!

2002 - God's Great Gallery
Have you ever looked around you and noticed how many different things there are in the world? God created everything! We live in the middle of God's Great Gallery. Our Vacation Bible School looked at some of the wonderful things that God has done.
Our children explored the wonderful works of God and came to know that they are masterpieces created by God. There were stories, songs, games crafts, and lots of FUN!
The children learned that:
God is an awesome creator
God created me
God is still creating today
With God, I can be creative in many ways
We can tell others about our awesome God

2001 - Way To Go! Good Neighbor Tours
Vacation Bible School was a resounding success! Complete with stories, songs, games, crafts and fun, the week-long adventure for ages four through Middle School transported our children to many fun, interesting and educational places.

As the children traveled along the Jericho Road they met many special friends and talked about how to HELP and SHARE with their neighbors, INVITE a friend to join us, GIVE to their neighbor, and TELL the Good News of Jesus' love.

The children heard Bible and Mission stories, made exciting crafts, learned fun music and enjoyed great snacks at the Gaza Grill. As the children took their guided tour through God's greatest commandment they learned to love God with all their heart, with all their soul, and with all their strength and with all their mind, and to love their neighbor as themselves!

Mr. Z is resting now after a busy week! He was a little shy at first having to get up before the entire congregation and tell them about Vacation Bible School. But the experience was worth it.

Thanks to each and every person who took part in our exciting tour. Your faithful support of our Good Neighbor Tour through your many gifts of prayer, time, energy, supplies, food and talent allowed us to create an environment that was FUN, energetic, exciting and creative for our children, youth, neighbors and all of us who helped.
