Providence Preschool
Providence Preschool is a non-profit ministry of Providence Presbyterian Church.  Providence Preschool, formerly known as Bow Creek Preschool, and has been serving the community with distinction for over 20 years. 

PHILOSOPHY 
We believe a child's first learning experience should be a positive experience.  Therefore, learning at Providence Preschool is promoted through creative play, hands-on experiences, exposure to developmentally appropriate activities and materials, and positive support from a caring and dedicated staff.  We emphasize socialization, self-awareness, self-esteem, and provide a climate where children can develop socially, emotionally, spiritually, physically and intellectually.

CLASSES

• For children turning 4 by September 30, we offer a 3-day and 5-day pre-k class.
• For the young 4's, those turning 4 after September 30, we offer a 3-day and a 5-day class. 
• For those turning 3 by December 1, we offer a 2-day class.                                                                                   
• ~  Each child must be toilet-trained.  ~

STAFF
The Preschool staff is of the highest caliber.  All teachers and aides are selected for their academic training as well as their moral attributes and a special interest in and caring for young children.  Their knowledge, experience, and ability is augmented with workshops, in-service training, Early-Childhood conventions, and other professional offerings. 

REGiSTRATION
Registration for classes beginning in September starts in March of the current school year.  Tuition and registration fees are determined by the Preschool Board prior to beginning registration for each new year.  Spaces are filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

TUITION
Registration fees are non-refundable.  The registration fee holds your child's place in a class.  It covers such expenses as school supplies, partial payment for some field trips, special events, visitors, Weekly Reader subscriptions for Pre-K classes, handbooks, and administrative expenses. 

Tuition is due the first day of each month and there is no pro-rating for months with holidays or school closings and there is no reduction in fees for absences or vacations.
