CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

Spiritual growth through Christian education is an essential part of the Providence experience.  Our program serves our congregation from childhood through adulthood and is dedicated to meeting the special Christian education needs for each unique stage in life.

Sunday School
Featuring a variety of adults classes including:
- Bible Book of the Quarter: Isaiah
- Faithful Families: For parents with children through 5th grade
- Genesis Class: Book of Judges
- Jubilate: covering the Psalms and Echoes of Faith
- Parents of Teens: Becoming the parent God made you to be
- Present Word: God's Living Covenant.

And Children's Sunday School classes for ages 3 and up

Youth Activities
- Middle School Youth
A program of study, fellowship and service encouraging our children to grow in the knowledge of God and self.
- Senior High School Youth
A program emphasizing responsible leadership in addition to study, fellowship and service.
- Youth Fellowship: For Middle School and Senior High students and their friends meeting for fellowship, worship, study, service and fun. Meets Sunday evenings.

Pastor's Bible Study
Provides insight and inspiration from the study of God's Word.  Meets Tuesday evenings from October through December.

Vacation Bible School 
Serving the younger members of both the church and the community with crafts, learning and fun.

Know Your Church
Classes to educate new and prospective members on Presbyterian history, beliefs and role in the community of Christ's church are convened once each quarter.

Enrichment Activities
Giving our youngest children the doctrinal and liturgical preparation, appropriate to their age level, for meaningful participation in the worship service.

Nursery
Loving care provided during regular worship service. 

Women's Circle
 Five different women's groups who gather for Bible study, prayers and fellowship at different times during the month.

Men's Fellowship
A monthly opportunity to gather for dinner and discuss issues of the church and the community.
